I honestly believe that if there was a white kid looking suspicios in an area know for suspicious behavior then yes he would have been approached. If the kid then went after the person who approached and bloody their face and the back of his had, which is fact in this case, then I would say there is the same chance the kid would have gotten shot.

What part of my post did you not comprehend? You posted clearly that blacks are victims. Then later you go back on your statement and say that isnt what you meant. I say if that is not what you meant, then fair enough. Whats the ****ing problem here?

Fair enough. I have no proof when or how the shooter was injured. I personally feel that that boy was wrongfully approached. If TM commenced to kicking dudes ass and Z shot him to keep from getting the asswhipping he sought out, then it is not a self-defense case, it is murder. Kind of like if I go over to OE's crib and he whips my ass. If I then shoot him, to stop him from whipping my ass, there is no way in hell I can claim self-defense. I had no business being there in the first place.

Well first of all, Martin was not in his house but walking around a neighborhood that has had many issues with gang problems recently. Second of all, you were not assigned to patrol OE's house for suspicious behavior either. DISCLAIMER: this is opinion: What happened was a tragedy, and there is blame on both sides it seems at this point.

Don't leave out the fact there's precious little to make illegal about following anyone in a public domain. I wouldn't like being followed by somebody I don't know any more than the next guy but to try to call it criminal sounds impossible. Provacative at worst and good luck trying to ever get a court to say you were justified in attacking someone "Because he was following me.".

The thing that is really going to look bad is the evidence that might have Martin following Zman back to his car after Zman had broke contact. As I understand it the 911 calls make it sound like Zman followed for awhile, right? As I understand it Martin was shot quite proximate to the vehicle. How does that happen without Martin coming back in that direction?*

*This is how I understand things are being described. If anyone has evidence this is not the narrative the evidence supports please correct me.
