Is this true? Justine transferring

My husband worked for pharmaceutical company over 35 years and he would hire the state u grad over the Vanderbilt everyday of the week . The state grad was hungry , hustled and put in long days and didn’t think they knew everything. They were also grateful to work their way up and earn their promotions . Vandy grads sometimes ( not all ) think they are entitled to the best now .
Pharmaceutical sales?

Yes pharmaceutical sales .
I interview old pharmaceutical reps now (former rep myself for a decade) and when they start talking of their accolades and awards, I’m quick to ask them was it the drug or was it them? You’d be surprised how many struggle with that answer. I wouldn’t hire a Vandy grad myself for a pharmaceutical job for the record.

I really hate the path this thread went down. Y’all be for real, we would not be saying any of this if Justine had decided not to transfer. We’d be including her in our conversations of what she needed to do to earn playing time next year, and how we can’t wait to see her game grow, and how she’ll be a great 3 point weapon next season. The potential is there, and we know it.

Some of the “good guys” played the bad guy in some of their comments. But agree, a kid did what was best for her.

JP didnt get minutes for reasons most of us will never know. And it's no ones business, but thats what discussion forums are for. I personally hate to see her transfer as she definitely has potential. I do wish Justine well, but I despise Vandy and always will. So for that reason alone when Vandy plays us I hope she never makes 1 basket. Outside of that hope she does well.

Pretty sure there was dialogue prior to her decision. I wish her the best.

I don't think anything's been said after Justine left that didn't get said repeatedly in the many discussions we had about her playing time during the season. But it probably is time to move on and wish her well, except when they play us.

How do you personally distinguish between the "good guys" and the "bad guys?"
Rules were set well before I arrived. All things sunshine vs. anything not sunshine. Some of those pumpers dipped into going against the ways.

I’ve been part of the interviewing process and I can assure you the University where the degreed interviewee comes from is considered highly! A degree from UT will be looked at differently than one from Vanderbilt, Stanford, Duke. , or M.T.S.U. and Chattanooga! It’s just common sense!
My employees earn 250k plus, and I have never considered where they got their degree in the process.

That’s not entirely true. All things equal in career fields, HR will pass over more resumes from lower and lesser known schools and elevate a Vanderbilt degree with more degree.
Not where I work and have hired numerous employees. I've honestly never heard of an employer actually caring from where someone received a degree.
