she's a good kid. all i can say is her leaving had nothing to do with the game itself.
And that is all I can say on this matter without breaking trust
Coach - I, for one, wish Justine well (just not when she plays us). I attended a LVBHC dinner with her before the season and was impressed with her as a person. People have to remember that these players are still kids and at that stage in your life a lot of things are fluid.
So, the word was that she was leaving at the end of the season, but then changed her mind during the tournaments and then decided after the season that she would enter the portal.
Any insight that you can share if this was true and any events that would have changed her mind that you could share?
She doesn't want to share anything with the public,,,but she is hurt by the fans who loved her while she was here and hate on her now.
I hope these "fans?" feel good about themselves
mudcat?Well I only said she probably had her feelings hurt and that will motivate her to light Tennessee up when they play Vanderbilt if that is helping run her off in your eyes do be it,as far as face less cowards name-calling your buddy said lol I don't see his/ her face showing either when talking that trash.
Me too bc it is not a place for them nor a conversation they should care about. No different than the crowd walking to their cars after the game talking about how it went. Would they listen in on those conversations trolling for insults? These folks have been in high level ultra competitive bball for years, they know much better. If they don't, they probably aren't ready for this level.I really hate it when the players and their parents pay attention to the faceless cowards on the internet that find joy in attacking 18-22 year old athletes.
Also, the vast majority of this is not "attack". It's anaylsis. It's uninformed, blow hard analysis but that's what internet fan boards are for. And why sensitive players and families should avoid them. I never understand why this is such a hard concept.
Vanderbilt is our "arch rival" ? Who knew ?Can we let this thread die already? She’s gone. Wish her well.
The “my feelings are hurt” is stupid. She transferred to Tennessee’s arch rival. Did she expect it was going to be a love fest of well wishes?
More like a “don’t like the door hit ya.” Sorry but actions speak louder than words. She didn’t need to say anything to let us know how she felt about Tennessee.
Vanderbilt is our "arch rival" ? Who knew ?
I thought it was uconn in basketball.
I guess we have 2 arch rivals.
Should we add any other university to the
list ?
Hard to call two programs "arch rivals" when one team in that "rivalry" never wins... which is the case with both.
On a completely unrelated note, Tennessee is no longer playing one of those arch rivals...
who wrote that rule?UConn used to be our rival. You have to beat your rival for it to be a true rivalry.
