Is Trae Golden the PG of the future?

How can you not understand that I think he would be better at the 2 than at the 1.

And maymon would be better at the 4 than the 5 some say...

That's not the question, I'm not asking where would he be better...

I asked where his future position at UT and proffesionally is?

Didn't read the posts, but common sense would tell me if he's content that would mean currently. And that he would prefer a true PG in the future. I know I'm really going out on a limb..

I'm still waiting on you to explain how playing professionally is exclusively the NBA?

If we had a true PG then his future would be at the 2, pretty freaking simple.

So I guess by what your saying because Maymon is playing the 5, and playing great, then that would be where you would play professionally

BUT WE DON'T AND WON'T HAVE ONE. So his future is at PG right? Very simple. If if if, we don't have another PG so golden is the future there...

If we had an elite SG Mcbee wouldn't start either, but we dont. Your going off of ifs now. Point I we don't have another PG, So who is the future PG for Tennessee?

On a side note we do a true PG in Landry coming in in '13. So will trae slide to the 2 when landry gets here?

No now your stretching. Maymons body is a 4, he would benefit because of his body at the 4. Goldens body is a 1, he wouldn't benefit from playing the 2. Lets not turn this into maymon though we are talking about golden I was simply making a comparison.

I was just basically being a smart ass as well with the Maymon, but doing the comparison wasn't the best one.

It's not, but most of the time when people say "his professional career" it is in reference to the NBA. Hell, any college player just about can go play in a "professional" basketball league. They may get paid $50 per game, but damnit it's professional. I'm still waiting on you to respond to your Brian Williams reference... is that the level you want Trae to play at? Pretty low standards then.

Your initial response of I wouldn't go that far was in reference to me saying of we got a true PG golden would be the future. It was in reference to me saying that Trae Goldens future at UT and professionally is at PG.

Plain and simple here...with the current state of the roster, and seeing who we are recruiting, who is the PG for Tennessee the next 2 years?

Can you name me a 6' SG playing proffesionally? Who played PG in college for his career.

Name a league that pays its players 50/game?

Brian Williams is making 6 figures a year playing basketball, last time I checked those aren't very low standards.

Not one of those guys is 6'

And not one of those guys played 3 years at PG in college I'm pretty certain.

And just throwing this out there, CCM has said himself that if Golden wants to play at the next level it'll beat PG. are you saying ccm Is wrong?
