They are smuggling in food and medical supplies along with a whole lot of other stuff... I've seen a video where they actually smuggle livestock.

The whole purpose of the blockade is to prevent Hamas from getting more war materials to carry on their proposed genocide of Israelis and destruction of the nation of Israel, I seriously doubt if Hamas really won the elections in the first place.

Medical supplies are for battle field triage not hospitals, the livestock is probably for sexual purposes for these subhuman morons who try to indocrinate small children that their greatest possible achievement in life is to die killing infidels, particularly jews.

The standard of living is generally better in Gaza and the rest of Palestine than in Egypt, Jordan or Syria. I suppose you want to blame that on the Israelis also??

While millions of children really do starve to death in places like Congo, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh and Sudan, millions of dollars in aid goes into Palestine annually and Yasser Arafat died with billions salted away in French and Swiss banks.
