Only 40k civilians deaths (there’s that unsubstantiated number again that suspiciously hasn’t went up in a years) for one year of intense urban warfare is actually incredibly low. Just saying

Bomber Harris bears a lot of that responsibility. Those who pull the triggers, drop the bombs, etc. knowing the targets are noncombatants are responsible for their actions.
Maybe you'll get a mirror for Christmas and will be able to see who's cheering evil.

797 civilian deaths on 10/7 is "15 9/11s", while 40K+ civilians is "incredibly low." Just emptiness and propaganda inside people's heads

So the fact that Hamas wasn’t capable of more damage means they should not pay for the attack?

Or do you believe in a limited response because you need to fight down to the level of your enemies?

I absolutely think you smash your enemies and leave no doubt that they should never do it again or never be able too.
I probably would have gone siege warfare in this case if I were in charge. I can’t seem to get the crowd who want to complain about the disparity in deaths to explain how they would have responded to the attack if it was their responsibility.

The Israeli response seems to miss the fact that the intent of the war by the russians is to destabilize the middle east, basically to create a much larger conflict. That's the only reason that would cause the gazans to pick a fight with superior nation backed by an even more superior nation. It's also why they wont surrender. It's about extending the conflict, not rational behavior. The common Gazan is completely screwed because his government couldnt care less if he dies -- hes a martyr -- and the Israelis are trying to strike some sort of lasting blow to discourage Gazans from fighting with israel. It's a weird situation, but I think the burden is on israel to recognize the larger strategy in play and adjust theirs accordingly.

I think this is end game.
They both think there can only be one and this time…..really every time….the Palestinians played right into Israel’s hands. Every move the Palestinians have made since the formation of Israel has been a mistake.
There will be no Gaza when it’s over.
The wealthy Palestinians are in Egypt selling off their property to the Israeli elite. When it’s all said and done it will be Israel from the river to the sea. I think you’re right in that someone else convinced Hamas to attack and they expected a lot of support that never came.

What would you do differently if you were in charge and it was your people, who you were the leader of, that were attacked and killed?

Keep in mind that the murdering shitbags are hiding in schools and hospitals, have been known to murder their own citizens for the aid that had been given to them and is using those civilians as human shields.
