What do you think they succeeded in, besides leveling a bunch of hospitals and killing tens of thousands of civilians (including many of the hostages)? You agreed it was a terrible look and now framing it as a success?
I’m curious if you agree with these two statements.
1. Hamas needs to be removed from power
2. It’s impossible to do that without bloodshed.
Cmon slice. You know the answer. If every Jewish person on earth would agree to kill themselves, so that the Palestinians could have not only the land they want, but also the peace of mind of knowing there were no more Jews, this conflict would be over.I can’t get an answer on what they’d do differently either
Phase 2 specifically says Hamas cannot remain in control. that is why most think it'll never get to pause 2 before Hamas breaks the deal. I can't find the details of Biden original agreement other then the IDF was to withdraw from Gaza..No, not at all. It's the same deal that was offered several months ago, Bibi was probably banking on the Trump admin being more supportive of Israel and then found out that our interest was just the return of U.S. hostages (and Hamas realized that orgs like Hezbollah weren't going to help them)
