You lost me at civilian shipping. This was in Syria and not Yemen. Do we know what the bombed were planning in Damascus?Do we have high ranking military officials using embassies to meet with terrorists and coordinate attacks on civilian shipping?
If so then yes, I would consider them fair game and our military and civilian leaders fools.
Much as I did with our clandestine operation gone fowl in Libya.
Plus we don't do business like this at embassies anyway. They would meet on our own soil.
I wonder what we would think if a foreign leader came to our capital and met with opposition leaders in their foreign embassy and had spoken about opposing a former leader from being elected? Not that it matters f or this discussion but I doubt we fly our terrorist / freedom fighter allies to the US for consultations. You're right though that such meetings would be held away from our diplomatic facilities.
Spaso House has been the residence of American ambassadors in Moscow since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the United States and the former Soviet Union in 1933. It stands one mile west of the Kremlin at No. 10 Spasopeskovskaya Square, not far from the Garden Ring Road (Sadovoye Kol’tso) and the Arbat, an ancient region of Moscow.
Are “Palestinian Journalists” at all like “Palestinian Medics” that recover and transfer rifles on the battlefield? Are these like the „journalists“ filmed on October 7 helping kidnap Israeli civilians? There are no independent Palestinian „journalists“, at least ones who Hamas allows to live very long.
And not at the embassy in Budapest, but Samantha Power was meeting with opposition groups in Budapest before going to the embassy to talk to the American staff and Ukrainian operatives. Subversive and provocative...Not that it matters for this discussion but I doubt we fly our terrorist / freedom fighter allies to the US for consultations. You're right though that such meetings would be held away from our diplomatic facilities.
Syria and Lebanon are the hubs for Iranian terror. It's where they have built up their clandestine and open terrorist networks operate to keep them at arms length away from Iran and spilling over into uncontrollable problems at home. Yemen takes it's queues from Iran......... the proxies work in coordination with each other. You lost me at civilian shipping. This was in Syria and not Yemen. Who?
Shouldn’t Hamas update the made up 30k number eventually. It has been stuck there for months so I guess IDF has killed zero people since JanuaryThe irony.
> 30k dead Palestinian civilians. WTF is happening in your brain that allows you this level of cognitive dissonance?
There are going to be some real ones that are killed as well. its war.Are “Palestinian Journalists” at all like “Palestinian Medics” that recover and transfer rifles on the battlefield?
Prolly not….
Embassies aren't legitimate targets, legitimate as in legal. Retaliation would be as likely regardless of the attack location.Syria and Lebanon are the hubs for Iranian terror. They don't fly their terrorists or allies to Iran either. They stupidly used an embassy in a proxy country to meet with it's sponsored terrorists reps because they thought it would be off limits..... But top level military brass makes it an inviting and legitimate target......... Though it does make retaliation likely...... But then again Iran want going to call off their dogs anyway but they could step up attacks
