Israel vs Palestinians

Well there is no distinct group that can be genetically identified as “Palestinian” there’s never been a sovereign nation known as “ Palestine”. So there is no actual Palestinian people. If we’re calling the area Palestine. Then I , being a Hebrew, have more of a claim on the title than they do.
I can trace family ownership of land to the 1600s with relatives still sitting on it.
There are Hebrews native to the land, as there are Christians and Muslims. Before the settlers started moving there in the late 1800's, Hebrews were a small minority. Even in the mid-1940's they were well under half of the population. So there's no valid exclusive claim to the land.
Unless you have title to land there you don't have more of a claim to the land than Palestinians, or necessarily any claim. Our uncle or third cousin owning land somewhere doesn't grant us claim to it.

Isn't at least some of the Palestinian land described as "stolen" land a Palestinain sold to an Israeli? If so, by your definition, haven't they released title and therefore released claim?

I believe it's been illegal for years for a Palestinian to sell real estate to an Israeli.

And they’ve done it in huge amounts since the war began.
When you hide behind your own people they tend to care less about your laws
Since a deed or title is a government document showing ownership, any ideas on how a Palestinian gets around the law?

personally I think it’s people with too much money taking a risk. It doesn’t matter if the Hamas government recognizes it or not. Registration is filed in Israel with documentation saying it was legally purchased from and certified by the seller. When enough of the property has been purchased by Hebrews then annexation will happen. Like is happening in the West Bank that nobody seems to care about.
A huge shakeup is about to happen as well and almost nobody sees it coming. Hebrews have managed to acquire a property in the old city. It’s significant because there’s archaeological evidence that the Temple of Solomon sat there and not on the “temple mount “ where there’s a very popular mosque in the way. If you think it’s a mess now just wait until the Israeli people start building their temple.

You know what I've changed my mind I'm glad your family forbids mint chocolate chip ice cream in your house
My best friend is a retired New Yorker. He built a massive tiki bar in his backyard that he didn't get HOA approval for. So they scheduled this meeting at his house to discuss it. I came over bc I was on good terms with the HOA president. So the president and treasurer come over. We open a few beers and are talking about this problem. My friend says "hang on a sec fellas." Pulls an envelope out and puts it down on the bar. The president asks "what's that." My friend said "well if you look inside I think it's the request to build this thing, and your approval, that you all misplaced." HOA opened the envelope said yea I think we found them. Sorry for the confusion. Finished our beers and they left. I asked Mike what was in the envelope he said $2 grand.

Would Mike like a job as my inspection coordinator?

interesting..so Ottoman land deeds are still valid, but most Palestineans didnt register their props to avoid paying taxes. So technically they are squatters.
