If this is due to some phantom "handler", then said "handler" did his job. He protected Bryce and got him into the NFL.
Can you blame him, now look a life of a running back in the NFL IS LIKE 2.3YEARS, used his head, will get the big bucks in the next contract. At the direction of his handler he basically sandbagged his entire college career to avoid injury. How else do yo go from being the feature back at UT in year one and wind up being 4th string at KSU...then suddenly "Beast out" in the NFL? His "handler" robbed fans and Bryce himself of what could have been a stellar college career. One word "Greed"!!!

I believe thats what you get when the stars follow the players...3-4 stars are working to make it...5 stars already have the ability and just have to pass the time...before the draft..
Dooley should have gave him the guaranteed carries and starting job. His ego was too big to do that. And he was too bad of a coach to realize that T Poole was no good and BB was a talent.
I'm gonna side with Dooley on this one. He got a text from Bryce Brown saying he couldn't make his meeting to ask out of his LOI. That, to me, speaks volumes of what kind of kid he was dealing with. Dooley knew he wasn't going to keep him on the team. But, he didn't want to get on his hands and knees to beg him either. Dooley stood firm on his stance and maybe what came out of that is Bryce Brown is a better person after learning from it. Who knows but I wish he didn't cave to the Deanthony arnett fiasco either. I liked that part about what Doooley did. Or at least how he sold it.
