I’m done with Milton. He doesn’t throw the ball downfield, doesn’t throw a catchable ball. Regularly trash talks defenders as he’s trotting off the field after a 3 and out. Been in college for 6 years, can’t figure it out. Get the 24 year old out of there and let the future get some reps.

I’ve held back my talk about our QB play. But I told one of my best friends that was super high on him, “We will NEVER be a good football team with him at the helm. He just can put it all together.

I'm not going to pull the rug on what Milton has done for Tennessee this season, but you can't help but wonder how Tennessee would be looking right now (and next season) if Nico had been playing. Virginia and Austin Peay were perfect warm up games, the Florida game was a total team implosion, the defense manhandled South Carolina, and Alabama was ... well ... Alabama, so ... I don't know? One cannot help but wonder.

Maybe Nico can rush the passer, or stop a RB from gaining 300 yards, or run the ball when it matters.

I was fine with Joe playing out this season as long as the East was still in play. But at this point the season is over and future building is now the objective. Nico in my mind is that future. Give him 3 starts to get film on him and roll into the offseason.

Silly comment. Maybe Nico can put more than points on the board and help TN sustain drives and make a game out of it. Milton's lack of QB play adds more pressure on an already sucky defense
