I don’t blame JM i blame the coach that sends him out there every game . JH is like a cancer to this team he doesn’t care win or lose.Silly comment. Maybe Nico can put more than points on the board and help TN sustain drives and make a game out of it. Milton's lack of QB play adds more pressure on an already sucky defense
That is "IF." If he isn't the guy, its wrong to have him burn his redshirt to play a meaningless extra game or two.
Its better to send a message by showing faith and sticking with your SR QB. The Vandy Game already is meaningless no matter what. Still not worth it regardless. These remaining 3 games are meaningless if we let Joe finish them. Moving on to Nico Atleast gives this team a head start on 2024. I have no fear for Nico’s health and safety starting vs Georgia in Neyland.

I’m not saying the problem was QB, but experience at QB matters and if we aren’t careful next year will be worse than this and probably most likely will be. Nico needs to be on the fast track for development or we’ll miss the opportunity to make a run with the best RB in the league.Goodness our fanbase… if you watched this game and thought the problem was the QB, maybe drink less
Yes, but I don't think he is to blame either. Sure, the 4th quarter spiraled out of control on him, but he was fairly efficient fir a good amount of the game. It was unfortunate fumbles, a lack of a running game, and the defense's inability to get a stop and good foeld position that led to this loss. I don't think the team would react positively t9 benching him.I get that. But at some time, it’s going to end for Joe. Heupel loves the guy and I get it but his soft spot for Joe doesn’t trump the duty he has to the program and its future.
