My response would be not to respond, because their loss has no impact on us since Ole Miss went down.

Also, we still need to beat Vandy. That’s the only thing that matters now, no matter what else happens.

We control our own destiny, for the third time this year. Let’s not screw it up this time.

A one loss Indiana team is not a playoff team. Their schedule was around 115 or higher before today’s game. They were never in today’s game vs Ohio State and imo, would lose three games with a SEC schedule.

You play high school teams unless the refs get involved..you don't wanna sniff the playoffs....However, 10 ta 1 your there....lol

Have they looked at their awful schedule?

Give Kentucky their schedule and they probably have the same record that IU currently has.

Then give IU the Kentucky schedule and IU probably has Kentucky's current record.

I don’t know; I feel like given current trajectories for all teams involved, they should still have a better chance of beating Illinois, and Maryland (who’s going to be coming off of either a 4-8 or 5-7 year) should probably be more than a toss-up. Wisconsin’s also such a mess that without some big shakeups, they might be the same sort of relative position as Maryland next year.

Hahaha. Ok, ok…I completely could get behind “and Kentucky would easily be in a bowl game” but this year’s Kentucky still wouldn’t reach anywhere near 9-10-11 wins with that schedule.

(To clarify: this isn’t a statement on or about Indiana being good or bad this year; it’s a statement on how bad Kentucky is this year.)

Met a few older Indiana fans in Jacksonville in 2020.

Spent some time discussing that 1968 Rose Bowl.


They are more into basketball.

There’s one thing to really galvanize this fan base especially with the playoffs and that’s to curb stomp Vanderbilt.
