Jabari McGhee to WKU

Thank God Shumate is being retained by Stansbury. That's even better news for Jabari and Willie.

glad they'll have a familiar face. Can't wait to see how those two play next year (2nd semester for Jabari). Would love to go down and catch a game, since Bowling Green isn't too far from me. I'll be down there in May visiting some family.

II can hardly wait myself. Jabari is upbeat and feeling comfortable with the hire and he's happy that Shumate is staying. I will make at least a couple of their home games per month. We have family in Nashville which makes it even better for overnight arrangements.

That's good. I think Nashville is only around 45 minutes to an hour away from BG.

shouldn't be Carmichael or McGhee as they are both forwards but interesting none the less.

Kids getting kicked out of school for flexing w the BB gun... Smh

How else are they supposed to strong arm members of rival gangs without their BB guns?

I worked 25 years for the state of KY. in the Juvenile Justice Department. You'd be surprised how much gang life/thug life plays a role in W.Ky. The take on it was influences from Chicago moving into the state. Paducah was notorious for it. The place I worked provided treatment to kids from all over the state. The Covington/Newport, Louisville and Paducah areas kids were almost always gang members.

It would be much better for Tyndall and his family if the NCAA would get on with the case and dish out a penalty. It's time for all parties to be able to move on with their lives.

If there is not enough to warrant a penalty, then be big enough to admit that there was an error of judgement. This may be the reason that this is taking so long to decide. The NCAA may be afraid that they are liable for an expensive settlement, not to mention what UT may have to fork out.

It is ridiculous, as well as immoral, to keep this case open any longer!

Got your wish. I'm glad it's over, but that Deadspin article makes your middle paragraph look really funny

:)Might I suggest that this is the best thread to battle with AuntieDee. That way anybody that's not interested in participating can skip right over it.

If only it were over but it's not. It's been 14 weeks since Donnie destroyed the NCAA with his appeal and not a peep from them. They were supposed to respond in 60 days.

A word to the wise...There is NOT a thread where I am disrespected and I not say anything. So, If you aren't interested in my response let me be the first to encourage you to NOT participate (like you just did) and skip right over it. Otherwise you get what you give.

When's that 60 minutes show gonna air?
Can't air until the NCAA responds. Otherwise it would be influencing their response. Trust me. When the NCAA takes 14 weeks and still has not responded to an appeal they were supposed to respond to in 60 days, they are in deep s__t. Like I said, it is the biggest reason DH stepped down. The federal lawsuit involving UT that could be upcoming is his baby.
