Anyway if he DOES accept the job we could move in on any vandy recruits? One that comes to mind is Michael Sawyers

There's some good stuff about this in the Around the NCAA forum, but I think once Penn State offers him the job, he'll take it.

Sawyers and E. Smith are the only commits they have that would sniff the field here.

Franklin's agent puts out these press releases when any and all jobs come open. The reality is no one is hiring a guy in the middle of a rape investigation.

Franklin would be a good fit there. He has recruited that area before when he was at Maryland.

I personally think Franklin ends up at texas. Some article claimed it was down to him and strong and a decision would be made in the next 24 hours. Dunno if theres any truth to it but i can't see him going to penn over texas. Course these stories are always claiming inside sources too.
