Bring back Peyton as Assistant GM in training until Fulmar retires. Either that or high level Marketing rep for all things UT.

Peyton is worth a 1/4 Billion.
He owns a proffesional sports team.
He will never be involved in the operational apsect of UT Football.

It's his love and he would not want to mix it with business.

Landing recruits is half the job. I'm really excited about how our current RBs will develop under a coach like Graham. David Johnson was great but he just picked up RBs. They say it's the easiest position to coach but Graham has a great track record.

I'm sure he will have running game coordinator title as well. Welcome home. Now let's get back to work in NC in recruiting. Need to be able to pull 3 or 4 kids a year.

So you speak for him? His passion for UT could include being involved with the university in some type of Administration position. I guess he would not want to be involved in the daily grind of coaching but a AD position would be less of a grind.

Welcome back Jay ! Great to see him back in Orange instead of that lousy Maroon color. This coming recruiting season is loaded with blue chip prospects from North Carolina and Jay will almost certainly help us out there, add in the possibility of him helping land Evans this cycle and bam ! you've hit a home run. Good and timely hire !

Tee, Graham. Your move Al Wilson and Peyton
Golfball, with you on Jay and Al, Tee I have a lot of mixed feelings about. He has so far not lived up to what I heard of his recruiting skills that is just my opinion. We will see how a receiving corps that he has coached for awhile looks this fall. As for PM I think he would be a terrible coach. I think he is too meticulous in his thinking and dealings for almost any 17-20 year old to deal with him. Basically, I see it as he would have a extremely difficult time trying to “dumb down” what he instantly sees on the field to young players. His knowledge of the game is outstanding, just not sure he has the disposition to spoon feed teach it to others though. This is just my opinion and I am not trying to start a huge debate on here.
