I had a few nurses who worked for me who were also nuns, and one if them got called for jury duty, Sister P. said ‘don’t worry I’ll be back in time for my shift’ and sure enough all they did was see her in her habit and she was kicked off the jury and came back in time for her shift too lol

Funny story and I'll drop the jury stuff.....

One of the times I was called we were all sitting in an auditorium for initial voir dire. Judge (or some other official) is listing off the reasons you'd be an automatic dismissal. As he listed them off (poor health, no childcare, etc.) various people would get up and go say so and they'd be dismissed. The last one, he said "I always hate to mention this one but it's on the list so I have to.... If you are an habitual drunkard" One woman gets up and heads to the front as those of us left over kinda tittered.... To which she said, very loudly, "The rest of y'all are still gonna be here when I'm back home."

Got her a BIIIIG laugh.....

I think since Jeremy Banks had to rely on Cornbread for late night legal counsel, the process has been upgraded so that players have an attorney to talk with outside the Team. So, it is completely believable that Heupel did not hear about it until later.

I’m more likely to believe the drunk dude walked in and it pissed JM off…. Then drunk dude probably started running his mouth and escalated the situation. The drunk guy isn’t totally innocent as it’s being presented.

Depending on when the apartments were built im guessing not far. If he was bleeding before the stairway he was hit somewhere between JM's door and the stairway. That could be as little as 3 feet. They did note blood in the stairway. Question is where are his teeth

Yea man I’ve been drunk… like real drunk (a few times) in college and never once returned to the wrong dorm or hotel room.
And all that aside, this man walked into someone’s RESIDENCE, uninvited, belligerent, drunk and cussed at them. He should’ve expected to be punched. Apology or not. If I did that, I would have taken my licks and realized I was in the wrong.
