I believe everyone is innocent until proven guilty* and he should be allowed to play until the verdict comes in. AK is playing in the NFL this year and his assault charges have been going on for over 6 months now.
*in the eyes of the law
Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in the eyes of the law. Meaning you're not sentenced to criminal or civil punishment by the government until you've had a fair trial.
But in reality, he either did it or he didn't. And if the evidence clearly shows he did it, or if he can't look his Coach in the eye and tell him he didn't do it, then he probably deserves to be suspended and that's on him. These kids get A LOT of direction on making smart choices and acting, not reacting in the moment. IF McCollough did what he's accused of doing, and I don't know, then that's on him.
