Breaking into someone's apartment unannounced doesn't justify violence in your eyes either, huh? Who's to say Jaylen didn't fear for his safety and T.C.A. 39-11-611 applies?
not necessarily because Jaylen is the one that LOOKS like the aggressor. Geez man. You say you're not crucifying the kid but you clearly think he's guilty before one iota of fact comes out from this.

1) There's no fact that shows Jaylen did it. Only supporting evidence that Jaylen did.
2) Jaylen's GF and the other person on the warrant are not mentioned as being witnesses to the act only that they were helping him get up afterwards. There's multiple ways she could have found out about the situation without having seen the alleged altercation.
3) We only have one side of the story in the form of the warrant. If Jaylen did punch Zion (which seems likely but once again, there's only supporting evidence of this at the time) then we need to know WHY because it could have been self defense and one punch to this kids face could have hurt him a lot more than a shove or a punch from him into Jaylen. If Zion started the altercation, Jaylen was justified in punching to defend himself.
DAMMIT! Here I was praying for 2 things (OK 3). The third is to beat Bama. But
1). Everyone STAY HEALTHY AND INJURY FREE and
2) EVERYONE STAY OUT OF TROUBLE!
We can't have everything.
Next man up would likely be McDonald at safety and Walker at star (or maybe just simply Walker at safety). McDonald did spend his first two years at safety. I know Slaughter and Turrentine have played there in some blowouts, but I don't know if they trust either of them necessarily. Slaughter maybe more so sense he's been here longer
