If nothing else, I will never forget how hilarious he looked wearing that thing. Half the time it looked like he was just cold, and when he did pull it up it looked like he was going to rob the concession stand at halftime.

What attorney is taking this on? Pruitt can't have much left to pay an attorney out of pocket and I can't think this is likely to succeed where a firm could collect a contingency fee. At best he might get a minimal nuisance settlement.

For a chance at 1/3 of $100 million, there are a lot of attorneys who would spend some time making filings, etc., to see what might stick. If nothing else, the lawsuit costs the NCAA money to defend, making him feel better that he got some "justice".

I’m amused that he thinks $100M is a reasonable estimate of how his potential earnings were affected. Just looking at the six year show cause that’s $16M+ a year, which would be insane. So he’s playing it like he’s been made toxic for life and claiming “lost” earnings after the show cause is up. He knows he went 3-7 on the field that last year and then bit the hand that fed him. So why not throw a lawsuit at the wall and see if it sticks. He knows a paycheck isn’t coming and it’s got just as much to do with any coaching ability he might have, as McDonalds Chick Fil A bags.
