He already has had his playbook. The defensive playbook is not complicated as some of you might think. It would not suprise me if he understood it with out a problem fairly rapidly. He will see the field.

he will be expected to read a play from the get go and either decide to come up and run support or cover the middle....that will take time

Yeah, in the Tampa 2 the MLB drops back to the middle third a lot.

The Tampa Two isn't known for being complicated anyways. It's actually pretty simple. Its all of the other blitzing schemes, trying to hide our coverages, ..etc that gets difficult.
