most likely true, but why would the AD let this kid be rolling up to meetings in a supsicious car, which is only going to fuel the fire? i guess maybe because he has technically been punished for his infractions already, and they cant justifiably(sp) kick him out? his presence is doing absolutely nothing to help the school or the program.

Even though he has no choice but to go pro, I thought OSU PROMISED the ncaa that the players would stay in school and serve the suspension not matter what!!!! If I am the ncaa I would totally take this into account and ad on to the penalties due to more deception. I mean no way they turn can they not just get killed on this. Normally I wouldn't feel this way but OSU seems to have a very very very dangerous culture of arrogance and systematic rule breaking.
