Callaway and Holiday in transfer portal. More to come after CJH has hard discussions with scholarship players who don't fit with coach's objectives and sign his class and caliber of players. Transfer portal will be insane this time. Almost every college athlete wants PT and not just on special teams. Best of luck to both Jimmys.

Such a shame too. He’s a phenomenal athlete and did nothing but make plays when given the opportunity. They wouldn’t even let him run kickoffs back though. Him catching that TD from Milton on opening night and exploding to the end zone showed the potential he had. He also had the size and experience in HS at running between and off the tackles as a QB. They could’ve found ways to utilize him more both in the running and passing game

Good athlete, just not dynamic enough to be a consistent contributor in this offense. Bru ended up getting the reps he would have had.

Yes he is, they just didn’t utilize him correctly. He would’ve be great on jet sweeps, tunnel and bubble screens as well as slants and drag routes and has more than enough speed to run the entire route tree. He could’ve even lined up at RB as a pass catcher. They just don’t run those type of plays for whatever reason

You may be correct, but I was good with the emergence of Squirrel White on jets, screens, and bubbles as the backup. Actually, on deep routes as well. Just a little too crowded this season, and likely next year too. Definitely wish JH the best.

You can't rotate WR's a lot when you're playing tempo, trying to keep the D from subbing. Seems like it's worked pretty well.
And there was similar discontent when we ran different WRs out every other series under previous coaches. “Couldn’t develop a rhythm” was the common complaint. Best players get snaps in this offense.

Nvm it’s Calloway that was the guy who was fighting the Akron player, Tennessee I apologize you must’ve got the guy his fight classes.

The same Akron some complained was trying to hurt our players or was that made up? Tillman did sustain a tough ankle injury.

No surprise with either of these 2 gentleman. Holiday and Calloway..wish them the best. We still have 8 WRs on roster not even counting Seldon who may get run at wideout. With expectation that we add someone soon from portal, its possible we add a 2nd but not imperative for next year. Our wideouts next year are going to be very good even if Hyatt goes pro.

Both of these men have entered the portal. I wish both the best wherever they land. They want an opportunity to play and start. It's likely not going to happen at Tennessee.
