That and parenting. Of course, parents are responsible for the education of their children, not the government. But many have abdicated that responsibility...

The parents is the key to an education, IMO. Public or private school if the parents take an interest in their children's education and pushes them they will receive a good education. Teachers can only do so much.

Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia...

Actually, without taking too much time looking into it, I'm pretty sure every state has a union robbing the taxpayer -- all in the name of looking out for the working man and woman, of course.

Unions don't belong in the public sector.

One of my grandfathers worked in the coal mines on the VA/KY line for awhile. He detested unions.

He also got the heck out the first chance he got.
