I don't think it's about the money either. I think he's been the showoff in the shallow end of the pool his entire career and he's afraid to move to the deep end and mix it up with the big boys in the SEC.
Billy Clyde is a basketball coach. He wants back in immediately. That said, he'll make sure he finds an employer that is looking for a basketball coach and not a carnival barker. His preference would obviously be to return to Texas, but I don't think he'd pass on a good job elsewhere waiting for something in the Lone Star State to open.I know it won't happen, but why wouldn't Memphis go after BG?
Hat, you seem to know him on some level, would he take any decent job, does he want less of a spotlight on him and does he really want to get back in Texas?
