I haven't heard the 8 wins deal.

8-4 this year is no different than 6-6 last year with the schedule. Swap LSU and last year's Arky team for MSU and Missouri. We still don't win a significant game, lose to Bama again and solidy our hold on fourth best team in the east. Any improvement would mean nine wins minimum this year.

Sorry,Jay..I thought you had heard about the 8-win window..I'd say it's more opinion than anything because who knows what Hart is thinking in regards to # of wins.

IMO, anything less than that and Dooley is gone..No questions asked..If he goes 0 for October, well his fate is sealed for sure.:whistling:

I have heard rumblings that 9 wouldn't save him. I'm not saying that's fact, but it's been said. There are many important folks that despise Dooley. A good number of those are former players. They feel slighted by the bumbling way he has handled them.

I hear you. I started after Arky last year. KY turned that into pure unadulterated rage and unbending determination to get someone qualified to lead the team I love.

Florida was the point of no return for me. It reminded me of how great Neyland can be again and clarified that we will not get there with the current staff.

BINGO! I was amazed at that atmosphere. Just the thought of us being back had the masses in a frenzy. Needless to say that bubble was busted.

Some former players is one place. Can't say much beyond that. Not trying to be an azz or deceptive, but I gave my word. Without his word a man has nothing. I take that seriously.

Cool thanks. My buddy works in the athletic Dept and tells me that everyone hates Dooley. Said he is a complete prick to all the administrative staff
