I don't believe you can.

TitanTroll is my only ignore. He's only on there because he is so repetative, and the literal definition of a troll.

I just got tired of his drive-by, cut and pasted identical posts.

I literally used his posts in a training meeting with new employees Monday lol. I am teaching them to not wait on something to happen, and to MAKE something happen. Be a leader, not a follower. MAKE mistakes, but make them proactive mistakes. I will NEVER fire or reprimand someone who makes a mistake in the course of attempting to correct an issue or to make things better for a client or the company, but will do so in a second if someone recognizes a problem then ignore it without turning that problem into an "opportunity".

The UT AD has to decide this year whether he wants to recognize that Dooley and his lack of real leadership is a problem then choose whether to use it as an opportunity or make excuses.

I may be on less than you guys so I dont see it as much. He does seem redundant in his unwavering support for everything Hart or Dooley. He probably thinks the Titans are headed in the right direction as well lol.

I'm a Titans fan and even I can see that they are clearly NOT headed in the right direction...If he thinks anything other that, then I'm not sure what to tell him.:blink:

I don't think you can see who ignores you. I have a long ignore list and I find it helps sort out the actual dissenting opinions from the noise. You can still see what they post if you want, but rarely do they add anything to the discussion in my view.

Just so you'll have a little more knowledge my friend...

The NFL and college are totally different and here's why...

NFL can go out and hire free agents to fill voids on their 2 deep roster and they can pick whoever they want in the NFL draft.

NFL players are expected to already know how the real game of football works so it shouldn't take as long to get them productive at their positions.

College, especialy in the SEC, is quuite different.

No free agents, you have to talk to 17 year old kids and their parents many times and try to beg, convince that kid to come to Tennessee.

Being right out of high school most kids have very little real knowledge of everything involved in big time, SEC football.

Despite the lousy star ratings it's always a pretty big crapshoot about 17 year old kids with very limited football knowledge.

You hope you get a good kid that will make smart choices and stay out of trouble but all programs have kids that will choose to be dumb and will get released off the team.

You hope the kid is a hard worker but many time they're lazy and think everything should be given to them rather than earned.

You hope the kid is smart and can learn quickly so he can become productive and help the team faster but many times the kids just aren't that smart and it may be until their junior or senior year before the light really comes on and they become really good football players.

Some become homesick and leave the team and go back home so you wasted a year and a scholie that you can't fill until a year later.

My Titans are a bad team this season unfortunately.

The biggest problem is the owner, Bud Adams, since he'll never let the professionals run everything just like his ignorance to force Jeff Fisher to draft Vince Young instead of Jay Cutler.

Fisher put up with a crap owner much longer than he should have and now Bud Adams lost a very smart coach.

What happens when you have a thought that is two sentences long?

Is your phone, or whatever, set up to auto 'enter' twice after each period?

It is a tad bit of an annoying style. Is that what you are going for?

well, that's where you're wrong. Recruiting is a problem and always has been. We have to look out of the borders to get our players. Georgia, Fla, Texas, California. Our state just doesnt produce an abundant amount of high quality players.

Having a widely known name does help but it only helps in the beginning if he ends up losing.
