Thanks JayVol for bringing the info that you do. :hi:

You're welcome. I could be wrong on some things. If so, I'll admit it. No shame in being wrong. The shame comes when you refuse to admit a mistake and deflect blame.....(insert your own assertions as to any person/persons I may or may not be referencing). I'm no fountain of info, but I enjoy discussing UT football with those, in my view alone, care more about the program than any individual. I happen to think that Gruden would be great for the program. In fact, great isn't a strong enough of a word.

I'm out of patience.... I want his precious self off campus by the end of the week... if we aren't going to retain him or he's been fired he needs to go.

Dude is never going to get it done. Stroke of genius on his part though with the orange pants, that bought him about another month or two with most and till the end of this season or a fourth year with the mouth breathers.

I have come to hate those orange pants. It blinded so many from the true. When he wore those they fell in love with Dooley and could not see what he truely was. A coach who has done nothing and is in way over his head.

If Gruden is the next HC will he keep Sal and continue running the 3-4 or, or does he bring in a new DC and change back to a 4-3?

Good question..But I would love to see Gruden bring in Morris b/c he runs a 3-4, if I'm not mistaken....That would be a plus b/c our current D is a 3-4 and our players would be already used to..Grant it, if Morris were to come with Gruden, he may tweak the defense.:salute:

Agree 100%. All your doing is reporting what you have heard/been told. Sooo many issues can come up to change the outcome.

Gruden would be awesome. You have to do what is best for your program. Even if Dooley pulls a miracle and beats Bama or USC, you have to do what's best. Hiring Gruden is what this program needs. It needs a shot of energy to get the fanbase fired up. It has been to long.

Quarries are alright if you can't make it to anything better to log hours. The temp will range obviously but the visibility is usually ok.

There's a lake about 30 minutes from me that usually has 15-20ft visibility in the summer. Cooler lake in the mountains, but nothing a wetsuit couldn't handle in summer. Does TWRA allow spear fishing for walleye? Going to have to check on that.

Oh, Gruden for HC in 2013.

If you think having Gruden as HC is awesome, wait until you see some of the assistants he will be bringing in. We will have the best staff in college football rivaled by no one.

One more reason you fire Dooley. Can you imagine the recurits the guy would bring in?? I could not sleep last night thinking about it.

What are going to be the money requirements for that staff Y4B? In your opinion that is.

God I hope not RT, we need a change this year. I think Gruden is the right medicine for what ails UT, but the ability to get him has a very small window.

Why not? You think Dooley could manage 8 wins with one of those coming against Bama or SCar? I don't see it...again, not impossible just improbable.

The only way to get 8 now is with a win over one of those. Even then he would have to avoid a collapse against everyone else on the schedule. Unless the defense makes sudden drastic improvement I just don't see it.
