Not always the case. I studied for 2 months to try to get my score up to qualify for an academic scholly... I retook the test twice and my scores dropped each time.

I'm pretty sure Hubbs said he probably doesn't get in. I don't think it's just a score issue - he's been in three different high schools in one semester. Huge red flag and the NCAA CH will be looking at his file very closely.

You're the exception. I tutored several average students who started in the low 20's to a high 20's average.
