Wouldn't need to be visibly bloody. The test to determine the presence of trace amounts of blood is very quick and very cheap. And let's face it, if there's blood on his shoes, it's the victim's.

The bammer is correct...presumptive testing can be done on location, not necessarily in a lab. Full DNA comparison takes 2-3 weeks if they put a rush on it.

True. I guess, regardless of visibility though, none of my clothing from that night would still exist. But then again, I wouldn't stomp on someones head either.

From what I read they were trying to match the shoe with a shoe print on one of the victims shirts. One victim (I assume the same one with a shoe print) had 3 broken vertebrae...I think that the police are probably more focused on that than the beat up marine.

Russell Shepherd was suspended indefinitely too although on an unrelated matter. Apparently he interfered with the NCAA investigation into Willie Lyles. Poor corn dogs...

Is he from a well off family? Because I keep hearing one argument to pay players is that they have no extra spending money.

Maybe he's kept every shoe he's owned since high school. So that's ten pair of shoes a year? I mean who doesn't buy a pair every five weeks?
