He'll remain on the field alright. By the looks of things, Pearson, Malone, hell, maybe even Megatron or Jerry Rice would have a difficult time getting Smith out of the lineup .... Butch and Azzani seem hellbent on having this kid play no matter how much it hurts the team. Smh.

Absolutely!!! If there was ever a case when you don't renew the scholly, this is it !!! Let him stay as a walkon and be a scout team player if he wants. Otherwise he can transfer to Carson-Newman.

BECAUSE HE GETS OPEN. Which is more than I can say for some of our WR. HE gets open on a regular basis, and is having a lot of sub SUB par throws thrown his way. HE will continue to play, and will progress.

he is the josh dobbs of WRs. he is the berry twins combined into one with pigment subtracted. he is a college level athlete who is giving his all day in and day out instead of partying so his team succeeds at the best leve... wait i forgot my audience

This is the Tennessee fan base. Now I remember why I wasn't so sad when I left Knoxville.

wasnt my experience in knoxville. what makes you think these posters went to college? i have not seen anything indicative to that matter.

I never said they went to college. Actual alumni don't act like this for the most part. I have graduated from UT and worked in the AD too, and boy I'm amazed at how different things are now that I'm working at another school. Fans are always a little crazy, but nothing like the ones clad in orange.

How perfect would it have been for him to finally catch one of the goal line. Not in the endzone of course.

The ball hit him in the hands. I saw it on both angles. He was on his knees and the ball made it's way through. had he caught it he was in and would have scored.
