Josh Smith already has the hard part licked. He runs a good route and gets open often. He also has very good speed (which you can't teach). All he has to do now is catch the ball. He caught the ball in high school obviously by his record. He is taking his eye off the ball now for some reason. He'll get his mojo back and will end up being a great receiver for Tennessee. He has plenty of time. Get off his back.

Criticising and calling a player garbage, saying he sucks, should transfer, and questioning his scholarship are entirely different things. Just sayin.

This is a long shot since he is no longer working with the first team, but I hope the kid catches the game winner this week and I get to see all these same people praising him for a whole week...

You don't understand though. He has won 3 seasons in a row on NCAA football on Xbox. He obviously knows what he's talking about.

How about you go choke on nanner or something? He's been killing drives every stinking game this year. This past game was just the tipping point. Enough is enough. Let Croom have his reps...and bring Harris in, for Pete's sake.

Coaches get fired every year in this sport. If they were so infallible, they'd have lifetime tenure....but guess what genius? They aren't and they don't. I know that's some tough news to swallow, but you'll get over it.

And another news flash....forums aren't simply for shaking your pom-poms. They are for people to share their opinions on a range of topics. Welcome to the interwebs. If you can't handle people offering their opinions on a forum, then go someplace where they don't exist and you can shake your pom-poms all day long.:cheer: :3cheers:

I seem to remember everyone loving on Josh when he caught that drive SAVING ball against Georgia on 3rd and long? Its okay, Mrs. Harris. I'm sure your boy will get plenty of time soon when he's earned it.

The one that he damn near dropped as well? I think we were 50% grateful that he caught it, 50% shocked that he actually caught it .... Mr Smith.

Ball was underthrown by 10 yds...that being said...it hit him in the dang facemask. Gotta catch that one. Remember Zero though...he sucked for 3 years and then was GREAT as a senior. Remember the NCstate and Scjr games??? Have faith.
