I'd bet he returns to a reduced role in more of a player-coach role. I'd be shocked if he's playing starter minutes unless he just returns playing like he did when he was at his best and healthiest form. Tough to take a role from Knecht or Ledlum, all things being equal, if JJJ is still hampered physically or struggling to be effective offensively.

I’m load managing in a big way, and hoping for a January-March healthy run that he can give you 20mpg.

Guess he plays more 4 this year. Don’t really want him taking away from Knecht’s minutes. May be bad news for some of Gainey and DJ’s minutes this year also.
