That wouldn't make sense to me, although they did say that a second tier team would be their second option. I'd classify Ginn as just that. Even still, if he started up a Cup team at JR Motorsports with the Hendrick chassis and engines like was reported a few days ago, that'd be the same thing as Ginn. Would you rather race for Ginn or yourself in basically the same equipment?
