'19 JUCO DT Jahkeem Green (USCjr Commit)

The JUCO defensive tackle is a relatively new name on the radar and will take an official visit to Tennessee this weekend. The 6-4, 300-pound tackle received an offer from the Vols back in July. He committed to the Gamecocks last March. Green plays for Highland C.C. in Kansas but is originally a South Carolina native. He has some academic work left to finish to transfer in May. He was close with former Carolina defensive line coach Lance Thompson, which could give the Vols a potential opening should they decide to aggressively push late for the JUCO lineman.

I don't get the move to bring him in on an OV. That negates the blue shirt option. He has grade issues, so idk how you sign him if our numbers are as tight as VQ is suggesting (only three remaining spots).

Cox has always been a question mark it seems. Maybe they want more of an impact DT. This kid and Williams both fit that.

Maybe it's a play to make sc use an official to keep him messing up their blueshirt option. Never know. We did that with that other kid they wanted to blueshirt lol

I'd take him over Cox, just because the D Line will need a lot of help next year and I have to assume he is more ready to play. Anyone know his eligibility status, like 2 to play 2, etc?

But if you have Green over your Cox go see a Doctor. You hooked up with a Burner

Would we really take 3 juco DT's in this class? Plus a transfer DT?
