Ok, I should have said that taking her opinion as some sort of authoritative voice is likely due to confirmation bias. That the fact that her message may be attractive doesn't mean that it's anything other than her own opinion.

She knows her audience and what sells. She repeats exactly what they want to hear but they can now say it came from a black person. It makes her lots of money without having to think much

What about the countless black people who say similar things as she whose careers have not been helped by their open opinions? I doubt guys like Coleman Hughes, John McWhorter, or Glenn Loury have seen any financial benefit from swimming against the current on black cultural opinions. Is it impossible for her to be sincere in her opinions just because she is making money while doing it?

And to the bold: Does she have to think more or less than a race hustling black opinion personalities who oppose her? As if they are mental giants who spend many hours pouring over philosophy? Pretty light lifting to be a black person who goes on CNN and cries about oppression. She may not be some great intellectual, but she is in a completely different ballpark when compared to her braindead counterparts on the left.

She may be sincere but the lack of any depth in her opinions tells me she's not. Of course that seems to just be the world we live in

Does she not practice what she preaches? I have no idea. Her audience most likely gravitates to her message. That’s usually the way it works. Also to just attack her on the color of her skin and use labels as token just as has occurred here is straight up racist plain and simple. But I guess Democrats still can’t stand her or her skin color and have to attack the messenger old habits die hard i reckon

The Democrats have been falling all over themselves to show they aren’t the racist bastards whom oppressed blacks for over a hundred years to date and have dramatically over compensated in their prostrated mia culpa and they have full throated projected this false image on the GOP to distract from their own historical racist shortcomings.
