Trust me. Go work at a Japanese car factory. See how messed up it is. I had 2 weeks of vacation and yet the wrote me up for taking an unpaid day off in the hospital

Toyota is a pretty good place to work. Not sure about Nissan, but I don't think we are getting the whole story here.

Just quit my job at Nissan and all I can say is SCREW THEM. They wrote me up for parking in a compact car space when i drive a 2 door 2012 mustang coupe, wrote me up for being in the hospital and we're complete *******s literally made fun of me because my dad passed away. Have 3 offers on the table that are all a little less money than Nissan and I'll take them any day of the week. Just thought I would give yall some future advice if Offered by them.

I was actually written up for being late a total of 17 minutes over the 7 weeks when my newborn was in the NICU..they were like well we offered you the FMLA and you refused. I also was written up once for standing up while doing an exit interview with a nursing home administrator..one of the reasons I went back to teaching fulltime..will never work for a corporation again

I'm not going to poke at op but he was written up twice in 6 months. While the issues were justified, it doesn't look good. More than likely he was still in his probationary period and this reflected poorly on him.

I'm sure he is a great employee that has hit a rough patch. It will all work out in the end for the better.

I'm trying to remember when I've been written up during my lifetime. Can't think of any.

I don't think I've been anywhere where anybody got written up since high school. No shot at anybody. I just haven't worked at places where I had to deal with that.

You commit a safety violation at any major company and you will get written up. It's a paper trail to cover their butts if you get hurt on the job.

I find it hard to believe Freak has never wrote you up.

No doubt.

Btw, I've never reported any one. Started to report myself once just to imagine the look on freaks face when I did it.

I never reported anyone either nor have I ever used the ignore button.

Yep, I agree. Depends on what you do and who you work for to some degree.
