He isn't really good at that. He's confined to his schtick by the weakness of his logic and worldview. He has to attack perceived shortcomings in his enemies while excusing those same traits and actions in his heroes, so he needs his stupid schtick to try to appear sane, rational and reasonable. If Trump wins, I feel like Luther needs new material.
Repetition works on the weak minded. But not on me...even though Trump is horrendously despicable.
The only ones I know well are some of my younger colleagues who are in their 30s and more worried about raising a family and making a living than anything else, like most "grown ups". My nieces and nephews are all in the Gen Z. Out of four, one is a raving lunatic liberal, one doesn't care, one will tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear, and the other one is quiet.
Poor luther. Is there any hope for him at this point? He isn't really good at that. He's confined to his schtick by the weakness of his logic and worldview. Like you said, it only works on the weakest of minds, but it's all he has to work with.

Dems 4 years ago believed that established procedures should followed. They were vehemently oppressed to that precedent 4yrs ago and now they believe it should be followed? So funny when that's the very definition of hypocrisy. Dems 4yrs ago believed there should be a vote. If they were consistent they would still believe that
Allocate all the points you want because you've shown to be really bad at math. Numbers just aren't your thing
Dems 4 years ago believed that established procedures should followed.
Dems today are saying you should follow the procedures you RE-established.
Pretty simple concept for the most part.
4yrs ago they wanted a vote because of politics. Now they don't because of politics. The only precedent is they will do anything because of politics and you'll support it because of politicsDems 4 years ago believed that established procedures should followed.

So Romney gonna support nomination. Sigh.
Apparently he's been living in a different United States the past couple decades.
Romney told reporters on Capitol Hill later Tuesday "my liberal friends have over many decades gotten very used to the idea of having a liberal court. And that's not written in the stars."
