Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has passed away

I keep thinking that the Republicans will do the right thing. I've been wrong every time.

... and the Republicans have been thinking that the left will “ just do the right thing “ to be disappointed at every turn .. round and round we go , where this stops , everybody knows .

Gen Z gives even a less of a ****, sure they like to post on their apps and feel like part of the crowd but in the end they really don't care as long as they get likes on their instagram. My kids are milleneals and I haven't heard 1 word about RGB from them.
Eventually, some of them will grow up, move out of mom's house, get a house of their own, pay taxes, and become adult Republicans.

The GOP can end the arms race now and simply abide by the same 2016 rule they articulated. But if they don't, and the Dems win the senate and POTUS, it will happen. Better to be in an arm's race than a sucker playing by the rules while the other side acts without principle.
Thank Harry Reid and quit blaming others.

6 to 3 is about to be the ratio on the court and the dems can't stop it. Enjoy it.

If the Repubs didn’t appoint one , the left in January ( if Biden won ) would be laughing at them and saying how stupid of a political blunder that was . I would have to agree with them .

Dems better hope that Biden wins or that they control of the senate. Breyer is 82, so it’s conceivable that Trump would get at least 1 more pick in a second term.

The "right thing" last time, according to Ds, was to have the vote for the sitting president. They have an opportunity to do the right thing this time after failing to do so last time.

That's what you meant, right?

They Dems 4 years ago decided to go all in trying to oust Trust and burn down the GOP at all cost . The GOP today are now saying it’s time to pay that cost .
It was their civic duty as red blooded Americans. Anything short of what they did would have been inexcusable.

It’s over libs

I have said since day one of this episode that they will do it.

Its up to the voters whether the will pay a price for their hypocrisy. So far, Republican voters don't seem to care about principle, in the slightest. But that is probably because their voting base are all hypocrites, themselves.

They claim to be for moral standards, but they vote for Trump.

They claim to be for fiscal conservatism, but their elected officials spend like drunken sailors.

The only thing they are consistent on is that they hate racial minorities and the poor. And they love it that Trump does not pretend to care about those groups.
