Mitt is a man of impeccable character, I bet @luthervol voted for him instead of Barack who has character faults like drug use in his youth and smoking as an adult.
Drug use is no character flaw in my eyes. Drug abuse can become one.
In fact, I view the absence of any experimentation as a potential character flaw; especially if it leads to intolerance.

But Mitt certainly is a giant among most repubs.

He's pretty matter of fact about the whole thing... Bottom line, there's nothing for him to gain by obstructing this.

Wow Mittens made a lot of sense and backed it up by historical precedent. Yep, the Dems are back to hating him now. Poor Mittens 😂

In fact any GOP Senator still on the fence just got cover from Mittens. All they have to say is “I agree with Senators Romney’s and Alexander’s take on the matter. Move the nomination forward to committee. “

I just automatically assume everyone has dabbled in a drug or two over the course of their life.
I know there are a few who haven't, but it's kind of like being a virgin when you get married.

The vote is happening. Mitch would never float it unless he had the votes. With that said, the GOP is basically burning every bridge they have for it with Millennials.
Interesting you would say that. i have a daughter and son in law who are registering to vote so they can vote for Trump. It's amazing that they feel that Trump rolling out all his faults is better than what Biden is hiding.

They were vehemently oppressed to that precedent 4yrs ago and now they believe it should be followed? So funny when that's the very definition of hypocrisy. Dems 4yrs ago believed there should be a vote. If they were consistent they would still believe that

Allocate all the points you want because you've shown to be really bad at math. Numbers just aren't your thing
He’s a teacher which is even more depressing

I want a person of character. Otherwise you may get someone who secretly colludes with Putin (Fill in the blank with any foreign head of state)while lying directly to the American public.
FIxed it so that now every President for the last 50 years qualifies.

You guys haven't caught on yet?

"Trump is a horribly dispicable person, and it's horrible that there are people who would vote for him!"
"Morality and ethics are relative, fluid, and merely based on my opinion."

I.e. Every time he makes that statement, all he's doing is bemoaning the fact that everyone doesn't agree with him. It's literally nothing more than a self-aggrandized temper tantrum. lol

I get a huge kick out of reading it every time he does it.

Well I mean, there are going to be outliers.

Now zep you are the one that has said this is going to be a very close election , so they actually aren’t outliers . It’s just going to come done to who we can tolerate more .

If Trump wins, I feel like Luther needs new material.
Repetition works on the weak minded. But not on me...even though Trump is horrendously despicable.

The millenials I know are scared of Biden, they feel a Biden presidency will hurt them economically.
The only ones I know well are some of my younger colleagues who are in their 30s and more worried about raising a family and making a living than anything else, like most "grown ups". My nieces and nephews are all in the Gen Z. Out of four, one is a raving lunatic liberal, one doesn't care, one will tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear, and the other one is quiet.
