Thats weird considering he saw the field as a freshman and sophomore.

As a freshman:
-Led the team with 30 kick returns for 568 yards
-Finished third on the team with 74 rushes for 274 yards
-Earned the offensive game ball from the coaching staff for his performance vs. Towson

As a sophomore:
-Ran for 142 yards on 69 carries, scoring three touchdowns
-Caught 19 passes for 138

Pickett, 5Â’10″/185 lbs, has ran for 416 yards on 143 attempts in his career with four touchdowns. He also has contributed 187 receiving yards on 29 receptions, to go along with two touchdowns.


He didnt have the greatest stats, but he did play early on.

I know we are all talking about Lane and Hurd because they are on campus, but doesn't anyone think Scott and/or Paulk(if healthy) we push for playing time?

Paulk redshirts...even if healthy...best for him long-term...he's going to be great :)...Scott is special and will show it as the year goes along.

Last time he did this...when the EEs first enrolled and started working out...he spun a similar accusation...citing an "inside source"...he hung around for after questions and Vol74 made him eat his own butt...he didn't like the taste :ermm:

How is this permitted to happen? Guy just comes in to spread completely vague/false rumors. Then when asked what he is talking about, he disappears.

If this even had a remote chance of being true, he would not be the only person on the planet to know anything about it.

Y'all can jump all over this guy all you want, but I've been told, well, similar things, unfortunately. I'll be the first to say I don't know the kid personally and have no reason to doubt his character...but he isn't making at least some of this stuff up.

Hope JH has a long and fruitful career at UT and in the NFL. Go Vols.

He is an 18 year old kid for goodness sakes. I myself am only 21 and the maturation since I was 18 is unbelievable. Jalen Hurd will be just fine ladies and gentleman. :hi:

I have no idea whether or not Hurd steals or thinks that he is above the law at U.T., but fans who overlook character flaws because the person plays football are enablers in my mind.

Bunch of Midfielders up in this thread salty that Hurd is going to their parties and getting more attention than them. JMO
