They all know, it's just more expedient to play the naive idiot. In other news, Felice and Boudeaux Bryant claim that "get their corn from a jar" means they really like popcorn. After all, you know how crazy those music people and their silly lyrics can be.

Ok so what has he done from the bench which makes you think he won’t uphold the constitution.

I see where you’re going. His time in the Bush WH. And I brought up another example on this earlier this week. RBG worked for/with the ACLU for 10 years prior to her appointment to the DC circuit. Yet she was confirmed by a 97-3 vote I think. She was judged on her Judicial Record. How about you considering giving Kavanaugh the same consideration?

I'll celebrate a victory over the politics of personal destruction and mob rule every day of the week.

Likewise I'll celebrate a victory of electoral politics resulting in the POTUS choosing qualified SCOTUS members.

And before you freak out I did not celebrate Garland not getting a vote or confirmed.

Ok enlighten me. The main argument has been on his time in the Bush WH and on the Clinton impeachment.

What exactly in his record makes you take pause?

Absolutely and I've already posted why. Several GOP senators had the same concerns but dropped them once they were told to get on the bus

This is a pretty ridiculous post. Cry? How about evaluate, critique and voice concerns? I don't need a roster of judges to do that.
