I honestly don't see him being vindictive from the bench. It doesn't really fit his personality and there would be a personal cost to him to carry animous over this. Good grief, this is what I mean by team sport. I've said he should get confirmed, I've said there was not enough evidence to disqualify him (that is called supporting presumption of innocence), I've said this was a shitshow of political theater, and I've said nothing in his career on the bench shows me unprofessionalism.I'm defending presumption of innocence and reasonable advise and consent Senate activities. I can see why that makes me a radical.
Tell that to the people claiming "we won" without having a clue what this guy stands for. It was even swept under the rug by the GOP once they were told to get with the team's choice.
