Shell out the money UT for Becky Hammon. I know the consensus is she won’t leave WNBA unless it’s for the NBA but let’s remember she left the NBA for the job for the Aces. Who knows? Unless we give her an enticing offer. I’m just saying we won’t know unless we try.

Hurt recruiting? What the heck recruiting is she doing because it sure isn’t any players because this team is slow and unathletic and she has recruited like 1 top 100 player in the last 3 years and that player left! If she stays you can stick a fork in the program and if so I hope all those yahoos that supported the death of the program enjoy joining the La techs of the world. We have some absolute brilliant fans lol

I was just pointing out soccer left for Florida state I think he got more money . They poster also pointing out but didn't pay more to try to keep the soccer Coach. Now we have a volleyball coach from California who showing she a good coach on the raise. Other Schools might offer her in the future money to leave rocky top she Earn More money. The other poster. Also point out he wait last minute to add year on volleyball coach contact. For your ? The Soccer better coach ship sail down Tennessee River without bigger offer to keep said coach. Do have no inside imformation but could she West coast or others looking at rocky top volleyball coach. There will be PLENTY of coaches that apply for the job and would want the job even if we fired her tonight or had left her in Huntsville after the game. You are either naive or to dense to understand that! Heck Fulmer had a huge amount of people that wanted the job after Holly was fired and if not for the ole blue hairs we wouldn’t even be in the situation we are in now! Hell I’d take my chance with Poppie after his 2 years at UTC before I’d give another year of Harper who can’t coach her way out of a wet paper sack. I don’t want to burn her at the stake, but since she hasn’t seemed to GROW at all as a coach, she can be let go and crawl back to some school more akin to where she actually belongs, if you don’t agree I don’t care and we can agree to disagree, but in the end you would still be wrong!

Top 25 rankings have proven they aren't a "shell" of their former self..The rest of WCBB has caught up would explain a lot, as has relaxed transfer rules and tons more money put into programs to become FF or NC teams..But I guess those raindrops I saw outside a while ago are the first pieces of the sky falling...When they miss the NCAA tourney a couple of years or get eliminated in the first or second round a few times, then state the case of them being a "shell of their former self" or no longer being a "premier" team....
Unless that occurs?? Still not buying the apocalyptic descriptions of a solid SEC and nationally relevant WBB program.....

Walz loses a lot of games also. He lost to MTSU by 18 points last season. A couple years ago UT Martin just needed to make a free throw to beat him and she missed it and they won by one point. He is not a consistent coach and he demands 2 million dollars and I don't think were going there. Secondly I don't think many schools would put up with the cursing he does on the sideline. I know it wouldn't go over well at Tennessee. Third he has lot his recruiting touch getting beat for the top prospects just like Tennessee is these days.
