Lack of coaching was on full display last night. Look at the difference in route running by OSU and then look at us. Sure they have really good players, but so do we. Our guys are simply just not well coached.
Most all the success this offense had this season was due to Sampson and the run game. Last night, Nico had to be the run game. OSU was pressuring the pocket and had our receivers covered like a sheet. The only WRs Heupel trusted were hobbled and injured most of the time and their routes (if they can be called that) were short sideline routes of less than 10 yds.

This is why Development has to be better in that room and it starts with POPE. We have 4 and 5 stars in that room and get little to no production. Whatever we are teaching is not effective. They drop critical passes and have for a couple years. Nico is a competitor, it was nice to see some fire out of him last night on the sideline

WRs aren't being developed under him. In fact it seems a lot of receivers not named Hyatt regress as the years go on.

Bru - has been mostly absent all year. Caught his first TD pass against vandy

Squirrel - used to be one of the best on the team now just isn't...and we can say he's been battling injury but that's just a cope.

Keyton - he went from being one of the best to not being able to compete in an off-season.

Kelsey Pope has not shown the ability to actually develop WRs. He needs to be shown the door.
look at his history. he has had one successful passing offense in 7 years of coaching - 2022. Every other year, everywhere his been, the passing game has been dreadful. I don't think its a coincidence.

Is Kelsey Pope throwing the ball? Are you still drunk? Some of yall need to sober up and head to a house of worship, or read the news. There's a lot of crap happening in the world that you can focus on. Christmas is 3 days away, go buy something for those less fortunate.
... because we are fanatics about our team. It's our chosen hobby and it let us down miserably last night, and this is a place we gather and discuss, debate, and ultimately cope with some of that fandom. So take your lofty, arrogant superiority, and go shopping or something YOURSELF, thanks. Because the O.P. is correct.
For example, Chris Brazzell was the number one wide receiver in the portal when we acquired him. His list of offers that cycle was every top tier D1 school, and not by coincidence. They didn't ALL get bad evals and offer him. However, we landed him above all others, and now he's seen as a bust, a liability playing the position after balling out to get here playing that same position.
It is not a complete psychosis to observe that he does not appear to be playing at the same level that got him here, and others have pointed out other examples, similarly. We are brainstorming because we want to see a more competitive product than what is being produced.

Also, I haven't read a single comment asking for your life coaching, nor do we need your blessing or approval in anything. So, save yourself the time you took to type out that nonsense, next time, and go be the Santa you want everyone else to be
