Wasn't the SECT a full month after the incident? I don't think that's going to prove much.

Like I said when I first told you guys about it, I can't give the name of where I got this information. I can tell you that it wasn't a MemphisTigers.org (the Tigers message board) or any of the SEC boards that reported it, but all the reported stories were similar. One isolated story is one thing, but multiple, non-connected people reporting the same story is another thing.

You said he hasn't practiced since the incident, I was pointing out that's false.

Also he was seen at all of the games following this supposed incident. Do I think there was a scuffle, yea probably.

Do I believe it resulted in a broken jaw and broken nose, and yet he was seen days later with no marks? No

like I think you maybe wrong because he was at tournament practices and in the diaries. You may know something I do not but I don't understand why you stated this.

Why would he provide a link if you provide one to him showing him at the Tourney Practices through the vol diaries.

Even of I provide that link he will say that his sources are still right and that stokes broke chievous nose and jaw.

People just get aggravated by his "sources" because I honestly don't know that he's ever provided anything that turned out to be true.

-Nichols not favoring UT
-Hubbs being a Memphis lean
- saying CCCM wouldn't even come close to Pastners first year success
- saying stokes broke chievous nose and jaw
- saying stokes has been kicked off the team


All these are negavol things, being posted by a Memphis fan so it's automatically gonna rub people the wrong way, even if true. THEN when they are proven to be false, it gives the impression he just comes here to post things that would demoralize the UT fanbase.

Fan bases are never going to be demoralized by msg board dribble. Frankly who cares about Chievious Jaw or Nose. Right now all that matters is that he is still on the team and CCM is in Charge.

Pastner's first season and subsequent ones are irrelevant to Vol Basketball. We are getting a good in road to Memphis Recruitting through Stokes.

CCM accomplished more than many others would dream of accomplishing in his first year here. If he kicks Hall off good reason for doing so. If he dispciplines Stokes and Chievous for this then fine his call.

If a Memphis fan or Tennessee Fan is misinformed let them know what you know and if their answers bother you then ignore them and tell them they maybe wrong....

We all speculate frankly I don't care where Cheivous has been, I am more concerned of where he is now. If he is on the bench fine if he is at home watching the game the fine. Whatever the reason CCM has got a handle on it.

Don't let another Fan control your actions....Control your own and then the other fan will not be in control of you.

If another fan comes on this message board and changes the way you think or you are constantly calling them out then they have accomplished what they wanted to...and you lose.

I have all the faith in CCM and expect him to do what is best. As a Vol Fan I don't question it.

Our worst crime in VOL NATION is VOL on VOL.

There's a video in one of the basketball threads (maybe Bleeding remembers where its posted) that show Chievous practicing prior to the SEC tourny. So, again your reports are inaccurate.

- saying CCCM wouldn't even come close to Pastners first year success I never said this. I simply defended Pastner against unwarranted attacks. You enjoy putting words in my mouth though.
- saying stokes broke chievous nose and jaw. I heard from a source that knows people in and around the UT program that he did, and there has been zero countervailing proof. A lot of conjecture, but that's it.This isn't negative at all, I just thought you all would be interested.
- saying stokes has been kicked off the team I've never said the first thing about Stokes being off the team. I reported that Cheivous was suspended indefinitely after the fight, the end.

He was practicing with the team. If you choose not to believe this then that's fine i dont really care.

The person i heard this from is on the team and last name is on the basketball court. I'll take his word over you, or your sources, I'm sorry.

FWIW supposedly Kenny was suspended for a "lack of manners". I don't know if this was towards coaches or teachers, but found it interesting. Now maybe everybody can quit with all the drug use, drug dealing accusations.

Kind of a strange reason to be suspended for as long as he was without some kind of context. Did CCM put this out there or do you have sources?
