UK out rebounded by 10 in the first half, playing down to the competition again. No killer instinct in this team as of yet, I'll be ecstatic when it finally rolls around.

39-37 at the 16:00 mark 2nd half.

Teague tapped a guy square in the sack as he went up for a jump shot and got a flagrant, which has been the highlight of the second half.

UK isnt playing down, Auburn is just playing insane.

You don't get out rebounded by 10 in the first half by someone playing "insane." Rebounds are work ethic and hustle, and we have displayed neither. We always play to our competition in the first half, we play great against great teams, we play sloppy and nonchalant against average teams. Problem is, you let the little guy hang in and think he is big, then all of a sudden he believes and you can't shake them in the 2nd half.

I dunno. These kids can turn it on and make a 16-2 run in the blink of an eye, so I can't count them out. They just haven't realized that sense of urgency that you have to play with in conference play. That killer instinct, where you put a team down and put them down quick, not wait until talent wins out, because sometimes it doesn't.

Auburn is playing over ther potential and UK is now playing way under. I also dont think UK knows what to do against a zone. It doesnt help the the refs have made a few horrid calls.

It still amazes me how everywhere UK goes its a record crowd, the team shoots lights out and plays like the world is ending.

Yeah, they haven't figured out how to attack the middle and break it down yet. Pass, pass, pass, pass, settle for an outside shot.

thats the way to play davis. Drive straight into him and hope youth causes him to get fouls

Should have expected someone would play that card. Even if it were true that Kentucky has had more calls against them, they're the #2 team playing a 10-5 team. If a bad turnover and a couple of points went against them, that's a handful of points. Kentucky is what, a15 point favorite? You can't win them all so it's not knock against Kentucky if they lose since 10-5 is solid but you shouldn't have to play the ref card when your team is superior.

Evidently you're not watching. Who cares who the fav is? Refs are always shady towards the away team, and with it being this close 1 bad call could mean the game......and so far I've seen more than 1.

I'm not gonna claim any excuse, but there is a lot of contact being ignored in the 2nd half. Which is not uncommon in SEC league play, gotta suck it up and play through contact.

from what ive seen lately, i think you can call it even. A jones flop and a weak foul in the paint.
