Auburn is horrible. Their 10 wins have been against horrible competition. They've played one of the softest and weakest schedules out of conference. They just lost by 29 points to FSU and by 30 on Sat to Candy when they only scored 35 points.

Ky should be killing them.

If Barbee's track record continues at Auburn as it did at UTEP, then they will have a decent squad in a couple of years. He runs a good system, if he can recruit well enough to stay afloat.

If Cuonzo doesn't play at least some zone Sat then he's crazy. It took awhile for Ky to figure it out. Auburn is simply atrocious. It was just a matter of time before Ky pulled away.

Records mean borsh. Opponents play harder when UK come to town. Cal hit the nail on the head when he said its the game every team circles.

Did you watch the South Carolina - Vandy game last night? Barely anyone in the stands, looked 10% full. But when UK comes in it'll be a sellout.

No, Auburn had just gotten embarrassed by FSU and Vandy and Barbee called them out and called them soft. That is why Auburn is playing better tonight.

Don't flatter yourself that everyone circles Ky. No other SEC team outside of Ky gave a sh*t about hoops for years until the last 20-30 years because it's a football conference.

Yeah, I'm sure they packed the place when Tubby brought his marginal teams and Billy Clyde brought his "great" teams. Right?

No, it won't be this packed next time because not many SEC fans care about hoops. It's early in the season before the team's will has been broken. If this game would've been at the end of Feb, it wouldn't have been packed.

No, not really. In Tubby's last year and Clyde's last year there weren't packed gyms. There will be this year because Ky is a Top 5 team.

Maybe Ky fans wanted to see horrible basketball. They got their wish if they went to see them play at USCjr or Auburn.

Yeah, I tried to go to the USC game about 5 years ago when Tubby was at UK, I couldnt get a ticket. BCG was awful, I dont know who went to those.

It wont be packed this time??? The SEC hasnt lost anymore interest than it already has, UK fills arenas, its a fact. Did you just watch this game, it was balls to the wall and rowdy as can be. Call me crazy but they dont do that when UGA comes in. Like I said above....did you see the USC-Vandy game? The student section out numbered the entire arena, not even ONE person sat in the uppers. It'll be a full house when UK comes to town, watch.

We'll see. USCjr sucks and their fans have already given up. USCjr has already lost to Elon and TSU this year. If anything, it'll be half full with Ky fans wanting to see their team beat up a horrible team.

USC sucks every year, and every year they have early losses to Elon, Furman or Ga Southern type teams. But the fans pack that place every time UK comes in.

The entire upper arena didnt have ONE person in them last night. Thats insane. Basketball isnt a priority in SC, but I'm just going off what I've seen.....and thats been that no matter how awful they are it'll still be packed, just like tonights game. Auburn cares about BB just as much as USC, and how did that look?

No, USC doesn't lose to teams like Elon or TSU every year especially when Fogler was there. They'll have more fans there just because Ky is a Top 5 team and Ky fans will bring a number of fans. It's on a Sat this year so there will be more Ky fans making the trip.

Again, a lot goes into when the game is played. If it's early in the season before a team is beaten down (like Auburn eventually will be), you'll have more fans. If it's later in the season, there won't be as many people or more Ky fans will be in the building.

Most SEC teams outside of Ole Miss, UGA, USCjr and Auburn do a pretty good job of filling up their arena for the most part. LSU hasn't filled theirs up lately because they've been bad for a couple of years. Bama's is full tonight playing against LSU.

UK leads the nation in attendance. They have the largest most die-hard fans that travel anywhere for a game. Durham? Chapel Hill? They cant hold a candle to UK fans, and not even combined.
Pay attention this March when the tourny starts, every game, no matter where it is will be painted blue.
