Sanders probably is feeling the heat as much/more than Joker. This Kentucky team feels like Bill Curry's teams at UK.

I would support that, but it is gonna take a hella lotta $$$ from the coal boys with deep pockets to get Joker bought out and Leach in.

Could Lexington handle Cal and Leach in the same town? Well, Leach co-existed with Bob Knight. If anybody can do that, my hat's off.

Are you serious? Thats awesome! I know he is being talked about a lot in Kentucky. He is appearing on Kentucky Sports Radio tomorrow and will be in Lexington next week for a "book signing"!

Cobb was fun to watch......terrific athlete. He's the only reason Sanders hasn't been under more fan scrutiny earlier. It'll take someone with a national reputation to improve your football recruiting. Or else, just sign 25 good basketball prospects each year and have about 20 of them report to the football stadium.

Yes it can. If he stays there for a couple of more years, recruiting will suffer even more and it will take an even bigger rebuilding job for the next guy. However, I'd be willing to donate to the UKAD if I knew they would keep Joker.

Kentucky is not the only fanbase wanting Mike Leach. Ole Miss fans want him too. May the highest bidder win. :)

If those programs are the only two going after him, I don't see it ever being a competition. While I am sure money plays a large role, this man is simply just wanting to coach again. With his love for lexington, his wife never forgiving him for leaving, his ties to the college, and public desire to return, I don't think Ole' Miss would ever have a chance.

I think Leach is a stretch for Ole Miss. Another alternate would be Malzahn.

I talked to my sister yesterday who lives in Lexington. I was asking her if any rumors were floating around with any validity and she said she wasn't sure; HOWEVER, she did tell me that a lot of K-Fund donors are saying that if Joker stays they will pull their funding into the program.

With Randy as offensive coordinator, it is only a matter of time until they have one of the top offenses in the SEC. However, Leach would be a great fit at UK in the event that the Joker era ends.
