This is the type of fan that I referred to in my earlier post....unrealistic expectations. You might get to 7 wins if you win a bowl game, but I'd get ready for 5-7 with a new coach and staff and talent that's not much improved over last year. Your incoming class will not be able to contribute in a meaningful way.

So lame that a rival poster comes on here to tell UT fans how bad their team will be this yr. Especially a UK fan who roots for a team that might win three games and that's being generous.

UT hits #1 in Rivals, 8 months before it means anything, and has a better coach than Meyer and Saban, is "back," and is looking at SEC and NC titles within a couple of years.

any bowl would be a good start for this team and program. Its more than UK will be able to say more than likely.were not that good right now but you act like there is zero talent. theres still about 30 4 star players on the team so while we might not be very good we will atleast be able to compete with some teams and thats a start right now. ill be happy with 6 and a chance at a 7th win in a bowl. how is that unrealistic? so please, tell me about your roster?and your air raid....butch-ade? how about stoopstroops? troops for a guy who has never been a HC and lives off his last name.

Don't get it twisted they'll be awful next year, I'm just stoked at the direction the program is headed and where they could be 3 years from now.

You are right about "Don't get it twisted, they'll be awful" part... and then watch that prized talent leave for Cincy, Louisville, etc. before NSD. Smoke and mirrors. KY won't be relevant (in football) outside of jelly until you build a new stadium, get rid of horse racing, and basketball becomes mediocre (that means average). Plus, Louisville is eating your lunch in every sport.

Same could be said about Tn this year. We have no ideal what is going to happen with Tn this year. I don't think 8 losses is possible for Tn but you never know. Nothing surprises me anymore.
